The opportunity to interact with art, sponsored by Hiratsuka Junior Chamber Public Interest Incorporated Foundation, is here again this year! This is a festival where a variety of Hiratsuka-based artists gather together to enjoy art together with children. As a watercolor instructor, Goto will teach you how to paint Hiratsuka's fish and specialty roses. You can choose either motif. We provide easy-to-understand explanations for children who want to draw but don't know where to start. We will prepare the materials here. Please feel free to join us.
